With over 20 years in the events and concert touring industry, Mac has shown a remarkable ability to push the boundaries of existing technology while embracing new process in pixels, light, and sound.
From in-studio to live production Mac has been a key contributor to many major productions, designing content and engineering experiences for some incredible projects.
Since the development of Web3 and Metaverse experiences Mac has been involved in a variety of high visibility projects including Mozilla "Hubs", VMWare's VR and XR studio design, media production for Coinbase, and several NFT projects.

Partner, VFX Supervisor / Virtual Stage Supervisor
Walter Schulz
VFX Supervisor/ Virtual Stage Supervisor with 25+ years of experience in the film, broadcast and commercial industries.
Having contributed award winning work for movies such as the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy, Hugo (Oscar for Best VFX 2011), Game of Thrones (Emmy for Best VFX 2019) and Love, Death & Robots (Emmy for Best VFX 2021).
Other recent projects include Roland Emmerich's "Midway" as On Set VFX Supervisor, and Crowd Department Supervisor for "Godzilla vs Kong".
He's been a Character Developer for ILM on several projects including "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" and "The Avengers", also a Senior Rigging Supervisor and Crowd Department Supervisor for major studios such as ScanlineVFX, Pixomondo, MPC and more.
He remains a 100% hands-on vfx artist with a vast skillset that includes: High-end character development, Motion Capture, Ai development, digital crowds, Unreal Engine and Unity development for Virtual Production.

Scott Smith
Scott is dedicated to designing and delivering the most creative and dynamic programs possible while maintaining the integrity of proposed budget goals. Bringing a belief that a balance of high standards, quality, and value, create an environment where good things and good people combine to exemplify success.
Scott is also CEO of MSPS, a partner company to 3500Kelvin, providing live and virtual production services with global reach. Specializing in corporate, activation and launch events MSPS allows 3500 Kelvin to offer turn key solutions to any engagement.

Studio Manager / Head of Audio
Travis Trotter
Travis began his career in all things production in in the early 90's as a broadcast video engineer.
Exploring his love for music, he joined various musical acts over the years. Developing an interest in electrical engineering in Travis started building synths and synth modules.
Travis' love for music and production lead him to start CATinCOG studios in the late 90s where he released music and developed artistic works.
In parallel to his studio production, he began a career in live production where he honed his skills in audio engineering, quickly becoming one of the most sought after Audio Engineers in the live event industry.

Aiden Chapparone
Aiden Chapparone is a two-time Emmy nominated cinematographer who specializes in storytelling in all shapes and forms. He’s worked with brands like AT&T, Google, Lyft, the NBA and many more, as well as directors like Malakai and Ellen Kuras to create unforgettable commercials, music videos, documentaries, and features. He has worked with Artists like Sevyn Streeter, Flipp Dinero, and Larry Hernandez. Aiden is a proud Phoenix resident, and an even prouder girl dad and husband.
