With over 20 years in the events and concert touring industry, Mac has shown a remarkable ability to push the boundaries of existing technology while embracing new process in pixels, light, and sound.

From in-studio to live production Mac has been a key contributor to many major productions, designing content and engineering experiences for some incredible projects.

Since the development of Web3 and Metaverse experiences Mac has been involved in a variety of high visibility projects including Mozilla "Hubs", VMWare's VR and XR studio design, media production for Coinbase, and several NFT projects. 

Scott is dedicated to designing and delivering the most creative and dynamic programs possible while maintaining the integrity of proposed budget goals. Bringing a belief that a balance of high standards, quality, and value, create an environment where good things and good people combine to exemplify success.

Scott is also CEO of MSPS, a partner company to 3500Kelvin, providing live and virtual production services with global reach. Specializing in corporate, activation and launch events MSPS allows 3500 Kelvin to offer turn key solutions to any engagement.

Crystal is a veteran of developing relationships and expanding business along with creating and managing digital marketing strategies. Crystal believe’s in guiding clients to “next level” options available for their needs. Whether it be for marketing, productions or events, she finds a way to stay within budget and make moments memorable. 

She brings 19 years of extensive marketing experience to our team. Her expertise lies in marketing, communications, experience-led growth, mapping and improving the customer experience (CX) journey, account management and streamlining processes. 

In her spare time, she enjoys beach volleyball, yoga, traveling, being in nature and spending time with family and friends.

Kristin has thirteen years of experience in the live event and virtual production industry in roles spanning the entire client acquisition and experience delivery process.

Kristin’s expertise resides in leading the creative ideation and design collaboration process. Having experience working with a vastly diverse network of creative and technical experts, she strives to ensure the team always has everything they need to realize the creative vision and ensure visual fidelity on the delivery throughout. Her specialty in turning ideas into reality is ‘the what’, rallying a team together to create something extraordinary is her ‘why’.

Travis began his career in all things production in in the early 90's as a broadcast video engineer.

Exploring his love for music, he joined various musical acts over the years. Developing an interest in electrical engineering in Travis started building synths and synth modules. 

Travis' love for music and production lead him to start CATinCOG studios in the late 90s where he released music and developed artistic works.

In parallel to his studio production, he began a career in live production where he honed his skills in audio engineering, quickly becoming one of the most sought after Audio Engineers in the live event industry.

The brains behind the engineering and networking of Studio C, Zach has been instrumental in delivering successful productions.

Darian specializes in partnering with film industry professionals and businesses to bring immersive cinematic experiences to life. His passion lies in utilizing cutting-edge and emerging technologies to push creative boundaries and explore new ways of storytelling.

With over a decade of experience in game development, film, VFX, music, and more, he brings a unique combination of technical expertise and creative passion to every project. His expertise lies in directing, cinematography, and a mastery of tools such as Unreal Engine 5, Disguise, and LED processing, which allows me to execute end-to-end virtual productions with precision and excellence.

Throughout Alex's career, he's been driven by a profound commitment to supporting his team, ensuring that collective efforts result in the highest quality production and unparalleled client experiences. In his current role, he actively plays a part in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, but my ambitions reach beyond the confines of my current responsibilities. 

Looking ahead, he's passionate about broadening his skill set and exploring the fascinating realm of video and audio post-production within the industry. Alex believes that by embracing new challenges and learning opportunities that he can not only enhance his personal growth but he also brings added value to the team and the overall production process.

Danni focuses on warehouse operations and provides creative assistance.

Their artistic side is showcased as a drummer in a thrash band, where they combine hands-on work skills with passion for music.

Aiden Chapparone is a two-time Emmy nominated cinematographer who specializes in storytelling in all shapes and forms. He’s worked with brands like AT&T, Google, Lyft, the NBA and many more, as well as directors like Malakai and Ellen Kuras to create unforgettable commercials, music videos, documentaries, and features. He has worked with Artists like Sevyn Streeter, Flipp Dinero, and Larry Hernandez. Aiden is a proud Phoenix resident, and an even prouder girl dad and husband.
 

JJ is an award winning cinematographer with 12+ years of experience in the industry and recently nominated for an Emmy.

His credits include commercial projects for Intel, Lenovo, Starbucks and Chipotle as well as feature films such as Planet George, Wayfairing Stranger and IM’Perfect. He started his journey after attending SCC for motion picture production and worked as an apprentice to Jeffery Kimball, ASC.

After working with Jeffrey on a feature film and several commercial projects in LA he continued his learning by traveling with Sean Fairburn, SOC, on several feature films and commercials.
